• The electric griddle PSR 600 EE is an enamelled steel plate highly appreciated to sear foodstuff. The plate of the electric griddle PSR 600 EE is 10 mm thick. This steel plate is coated with mass enamel. The temperature rise of this electric griddle is 8 minutes. The thickness of the plate is enough to perfectly sear some food like meat, fish and vegetables thanks to quality polishing.
• The enamel gives to the steel a better quality of finishing. It is a mass enamel with good resistance to friction. This enamelled coating facilitates the use and cleaning of the device: it is possible to use metal spatulas without altering the plate.
• Thanks to its perfectly smooth appearance, the enamelled steel plate allows very good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked. This electric griddle PSR 600 EE is widely used in traditional restaurants and food-trucks.
• The professional griddle PSR 600 EE allows an even cooking of a wide variety of products. After 7-8 minutes of preheating, the enamel plate reaches an even temperature over the entire cooking surface thanks to two Incoloy heating elements. Both coil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the enamelled steel plate. Each heating element has a power of 3 kW under the enamel plate, namely 6kW in total. Thanks to the power of the heating elements, the electric plancha grill PSR 600 EE ensures homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.
• This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes. Thanks to the independent control of the 2 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 600 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill a meat at 200°C on one side and to simmer vegetables at 160°C on the other side.
• The enamelled coating makes the use and the cleaning very easy: it is possible to use metallic spatulas without altering the plate. The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
