The plates of the restaurant stove can be used as a large cooking zone thanks to the lack of edges.
Even if the tiles are 30x30cm, you can place a saucepan over all the tiles. The cooking zone can be 60x60cm.
The top is a pressed plate for easy cleaning without joints.
The top is made of AISI 304, 1.5mm stainless steel (acid-resistant).
